Basic Pistol Course for newer shooters (1 Day) ($280)-Pistol Courses

The Basic Pistol Course for newer shooters was designed to give the student a set of solid handgun fundamentals. Every course instructed at Sierra Element starts with the proper mindset. The course concentrates on the 7 elements of marksmanship, balancing speed and accuracy.

Instruction covered but not limited to:

Firearms Safety
Marksmanship drills
Malfunction drills
Timed drills
Care and cleaning

Equipment Needed:

Pistol at least 9mm in caliber
Magazine pouch
Three magazines
No HOLSTERS NEEDED all shooting will take place from the bench
Eye and ear protection
Pistol cleaning gear/lube
250 rounds of ammunition
Baseball hat or boonie style cover
Water and snacks
BDU style pants (NO shorts please)
