Pistol II -Tune Up Course

Pistol-II Tune Up Course is designed to give the student a set of solid handgun fundamentals and techniques to practice to stay proficient. Every course instructed at Sierra Element starts with the proper mindset. The course concentrates on the 7 elements of marksmanship, balancing speed and accuracy under stress. 

Instruction covered but not limited to:

• Magazine drills
• Shooting from barricades
• Dry fire practice
• Alternate shooting positions
• Movement drills
• Qualification course 

Equipment Needed:

• Pistol at least 9mm in caliber
• Magazine pouch
• Three magazines
• Nylon or leather belt that fits through your pants belt loop
• Eye and ear protection
• Pistol cleaning gear/lube
• 250 rounds of ammunition
• Baseball hat or boonie style cover
• Water and snacks
• Pants (NO shorts please)  

 

 

**** There is a $20 range fee separate from Sierra Element's course fee.   The $20 fee will be collected at the beginning of the class and paid directly to the instructor on the range. CASH ONLY PLEASE****
