Low Light Elements Pistol Level -II ($275) Intermediate Level (Certificate awarded upon sucessfull completion)
The Low Light Elements Pistol Course Level-II is designed to give the shooter a set of solid handgun fundamentals and last resort combatives during low light and no light. Every course instructed at Sierra Element starts with the proper mindset. The course concentrates on the 7 elements of marksmanship, balancing speed and accuracy under stress. This course will challenge shooters of all levels as we cover low light techniques that are currently being used in US and Foreign Law Enforcement/Military units.
Instruction covered but not limited to:
- Hand held flash light techniques
- Searching with a flashlight
- Day & Night Qualification Course
- Shooting from cover
- Stress drills
- Running drills
- Alternate shooting positions
- Scanrios
- Multi-threat engagements
Equipment Needed:
- Pistol at least 9mm in caliber.
- Magazine pouch
- Three magazines
- Nylon or leather belt that fits through your pants belt loop
- Eye and ear protection
- Pistol cleaning gear/lube
- 400 rounds of ammunition
- Baseball hat or boonie style cover
- Water and snacks
- BDU style pants, jeans (NO shorts please)
- Hand held flashlight with extra batteries
- Weapon mounted light (optional)
