Protector Nation Urban Scoped Carbine Course was developed to give the protector a set of solid urban scoped carbine fundamentals. Every course begins with the proper mindset and focus on the core foundation of accuracy, how to balance speed and accuracy and tactical deployment of the rifle in an urban environment.

Scoped Carbine Tactical Tracking Interdiction Course was developed to give the shooter a set of scoped carbine fundamentals while operating as a tactical tracking team. Every course begins with the proper mindset and focuses on the core foundation of accuracy and tactical deployment of a scoped carbine in a rural environment. The course covers many subjects taught at Marine Corps Basic Scout Sniper School, Mountain Sniper School, Marine Corps Combat Hunter Course and David Scott Donelan (Rhodesian SAS) Tracking School.  Be ready to challenge your shooting skills and weaponizing your senses.  

The True North Raven Precision Rifle Course LevelI I & II was designed to educate students interested in competing in PRS matches, hunters, recreational long-range shooters and law enforcement snipers.  This is a intermediate to advanced level course. Students will leave the course with a solid foundation of marksmanship fundamentals, understanding their individual rifle scope and alternate shooting positions.  The primary instructor will be Michael Baccellieri lead instructor from Leupold Optics Academy.  Michael is a subject matter expert for Leupold Optics as well as an internationally recognized sniper instructor.  Don't miss out on this unique opportunity.

The Low Light Elements Pistol Course Level-II is designed to give the intermediate or advanced shooter a set of solid Low Light handgun fundamentals. Every class instructed at Sierra Element starts with the proper mindset, the class concentrates on the 7 elements of marksmanship, balancing speed and accuracy under stress under low light conditions.

The Basic Law Enforcement Sniper Course is designed for law enforcement snipers. The course focuses on developing proficiency in scoped rifle marksmanship, field craft, and observation/reporting and employment.

A majority of law enforcement sniper engagements take place within 100 yards however students will learn to engage targets over 300 yards. Students will be evaluated throughout and complete a live fire qualification course and several written tests. Students must pass all tests with a minimum score of 90%.

The Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC) program is based on the principles of Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) and meets the guidelines established by the Committee on Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (Co-TECC). This course teaches civilian tactical medical procedures and is instructedfrom a realistic manner that provides you the skills and mindset to manage casualties during high threat civilian tactical and rescue operations. This is a high-intensity course where you will be running, crawling, carrying heavy objects, moving casualties, and more. While not a “run and gun” course, this program does incorporate UTM training to simulate real-world scenarios.  This is a nationally recognized course. Students that meet the minimum standards will receive a certificate.

The Street Survival Covert Carry Pistol Course is designed to give the student a set of solid handgun fundamentals and last resort concealed carry tactics. Every course instructed at Sierra Element starts with the proper mindset. The course concentrates on the 7 elements of marksmanship, balancing speed and accuracy under stress. This course will challenge shooters of all levels as we cover techniques that are currently being used by law enforcement plain clothes operators.
